Take a peek inside!
There's more to my story than you might know, especially my work with empowering women. I have dedicated a significant part of my career to helping women, especially those who are striving to rebuild their lives. Through my work with ELI home —a transition home for women and children who have escaped abusive situations— I have assisted numerous women in securing employment. To extend my support further, I launched a resume editing service, and a portion of every sale is directed towards ELI homes. This initiative not only helps individuals polish their professional profiles but also contributes to a cause close to my heart.
Another lesser-known fact about me is my role as a TEDx speaker. Recently, I delivered a TEDx talk at Purdue University. I spoke about choosing unconventional career paths. I shared my own story to encourage others. With 250 attendees, we did a fun exercise on reaching full potential that was a hit.
Realizing the gap in accessibility to career coaching services, I have been developing an app designed to democratize access to these essential resources. The app will offer comprehensive support for job seekers, including tools for creating impactful resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, crafting effective cover letters, and mastering interview techniques. This project is driven by my belief that everyone deserves the chance to pursue their career aspirations, regardless of their financial situation. By providing these resources for free, I hope to level the playing field and offer everyone the opportunity to present their best selves to potential employers.
In every aspect of my work, whether it's volunteering, speaking, or creating new services, the underlying mission is to empower. It's about providing practical support and resources to those who need them most and helping women to not just find jobs but in achieving more fulfillment and personal growth.
